Absolutely love these bibs. The fit was good and the hem was just right. That was a nice feature by the way. Bibs were hemmed to length by Johnson which saved me from paying someone. Very comfortable and warm. Looking forward to many years of use.

Just used this hat on a 9 day hunt. Excellent quality, perfect for tracking. Without the ear flaps it keeps you warm enough and let's your head breathe. With the ear flaps down, it was more than enough down to the teens. Kept me warm and dry. Well made, comfortable. Glad Johnson brought these hats back. Would love to see them make a beagle jacket next

These are not for me. They are a present for a young lady. She lost the pair I bought for her. It was her opinion that these mittens were the warmest she ever owned.

These pants are terrific! I'm finally Warm here in Colorado. Because of the Cuffs the Length works whatever your height. Lexa @ customer service tried the smallest size on for me (I was on the Phone) and low and behold they fit a woman! The waist is a bit big, but one can just tuck in a sweater. I'm 5'ft 2 1/2" @ 115lbs if that helps. Besides everyday up here in the woods I'm going to wear them on Town Day with a bright blue sweater and wake up our sleepy burg! I hope the Mills thinks about making one size down from the mens smallest & markets to women.

Son wanted these bibs for hunting season... just ahead of his birthday and Christmas. Had planned a trip to the Northeast Kingdom that fell through last minute. Online order was a breeze and shipping was blazingly fast. I'd always prefer to shop in person, the store is THAT MUCH of an experience. Where to begin… the gloves are made of thick, quality goat leather, with a soft, stretchy cuff. The sewn-in liner is a little thinner than expected but it has performed very well for everyday use in Alaska. We’ll see about the longevity of the liners—I expect them to be the first part of the glove to need repair. I haven’t used them for extensive hours in the cold yet (I’ve used them for about an hour to 2 hours in single digit temperature and did great), but I would assume that hand warmers or separate liners would be beneficial to keep one’s hands from freezing for anything over 2 hours in below freezing temperature.

The gloves are very stiff at first, so I would recommend using leather conditioner (I used the Vermont Glove conditioner and beeswax—quite the process, but their step-by-step video on YouTube is very helpful). The conditioner and beeswax definitely helped with the break-in process, softening the gloves. It’s also nice to have a natural waterproof finish on the gloves. We’ll see how often the process needs to be done to maintain the suppleness and waterproofing.

The gloves fit great, I purchased a size large (my typical glove size). The outside glove seams are something to get used to—can make certain tasks challenging such as zipping up a jacket or pocket, grabbing certain items, etc. but it hasn’t been overly cumbersome.

I also really appreciate that the gloves are crafted/made in the U.S.A. I try to buy U.S.A. made products as much as possible (and within reason). I also like that they provide a repair service to maintain the gloves as long as possible and reduce waste. I also think the brand and look of the gloves are unique—don’t really see many people using Vermont Gloves here in Alaska.

Bought 1 to try it out. I’ve been looking for a quality flannel made in USA. Well my youngest son is 25 and ordered 6. These flannels aren’t the cheap fabric wrinklers they are well made and very comfortable, nice craftsmanship and made in Vermont, quality flannels.

Light weight but warm!

I’m really loving these wool pants. Excellent quality, I expect to get a lifetime of wear from them. Definitely worth the price, will be passing these on after I die.
