x-large -true to size. wear x-large shirt. fits great. only place to find adirondack plaid vest. real happy with it.

well, I have a friend who has a beautiful vest from Johnson that apparently is no longer offered, which had much higher quality stitching and was lined. Also, the cut of it was exquisite. Where this one is very basic and looks slapped off the assembly line. In short, not the quality and attention to detail that Johnsons always used to have. It fits and is wool, I will say that.

I ordered this vest because I already have one in a different color and love it. I ordered an extra large, same as original one, but this one was way too small.
